There are many reasons to attend FIHAV Havana; it has been a proven entry strategy into Cuba, as Cuban buyers and other Cuban stakeholders consider the attendance at FIHAV a part of the pre-selection process, it establishes both the reputation of your brand and a level of endorsement for Cuban business interests. Exhibiting at FIHAV has been a proven growth strategy for international companies in Cuba, and presence at FIHAV can result in finalized sales contracts. Some major companies which have signed deals with Cuba include Unilever, Alcatel, Castrol Oil, NH Hotels and Mitsubishi.
“For Vaisala it was very important to participate in the FIHAV2016. The main Cuban authorities were there and it was very productive to be able to have face to face meetings with them. After the initial contact it will be much easier to establish a working relationship. Thank you to Casa Finlandesa for all the arrangements and facilitating those meetings.”
